For all general work related to insulation, gyproc installation, drywall finishing, etc. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works, under our supervision, are subcontracted to an RBQ-licensed general contractor.
Electrical
For all electrical work related to heating, lighting and electrical supply including charging stations for electrical vehicles, etc. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works, under our supervision, are subcontracted to an RBQ-licensed master electrician.
Plumbing
For all plumbing work related to the connection of utility sinks, sinks, faucets, etc. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works, under our supervision, are subcontracted to an RBQ-licensed plumbing contractor.
Painting
For all painting work related to the painting of walls, ceiling, doors, fire door, trims, baseboards, etc. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works, under our supervision, are subcontracted to an RBQ-licensed painting contractor.
Combined Flooring with Hybrid Finish
For all coating work on floors, lower sections of concrete or wood walls, wood baseboards, concrete or wood stairs and landings, and exterior garage door thresholds we only use Sika epoxy/polyaspartic combined flooring system with flake/terrazzo hybrid finish. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works are subcontracted, under our supervision, to a (RBQ)-licensed and Sika specialized and certified contractor.
Installation
For all installation work of melamine or laminate bespoke or steel furniture, wall-organizing PVC slatwall panel surfaces, overhead storage racks, etc. As a Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)-licensed general contractor, all these works, under our supervision, are subcontracted to an RBQ-licensed installation contractor.
