Stephane’s Garage in St-Lambert
Garage Makeovers
The owner of this double garage wanted a top to bottom complete makeover.
The project involved tearing out the existing concrete slab, burying a multitude of electrical cables, the installation of ceiling fan heaters with thermostats, electrical outlets, switches and LED lighting. In addition, all walls and ceiling gypsum boards, as well as a water faucet and sewage pipe were replaced. A new steel entry door positioned between the garage and the residence was installed. All joints were sealed, and all necessary painting was completed. Finally, Polyaspartic flooring with matching baseboards complete the look.
