Martin’s Garage in St-Sauveur
Garage Makeovers
The owner of this garage in the Laurentians wanted a layout that would obviously maximize the available storage space, while ensuring an overall aesthetic in perfect harmony with the modern architecture of his new home.
The project consisted in designing an aesthetic, easy-to-maintain covering for the floor, the bottom of the walls, the steps and a landing. Custom-made furniture was designed to integrate a large sink and faucets into a large work surface in the rear part of the garage, while the front part accommodates an additional refrigerator and another large work surface. Of particular note is the role played by a large cabinet in concealing the underfloor heating system’s glycol system.

Ceiling storage racks and a wall-mounted tire storage rack will accommodate products of a more seasonal nature when the time comes. Wherever space allowed, large PVC panel wall organizing surfaces were deployed. Vertical, pivoting bike racks also provide practical storage.
