Laurentiu’s garage in Town of Mont-Royal
Garage Makeovers
The makeover of this double garage heralded the end of the complete renovation of this splendid mid-century residence. The owner wanted a custom layout to maximize the available storage.
The project consisted of designing custom furniture that would occupy the entire back wall, integrating the projections and recesses of this wall to ensure that all the cabinets were on the same plane. A large workbench also allows for the integration of a good-sized sink and faucet, while a small bench near the front door provides a convenient place for the children to put on their shoes.

All walls were converted into floor-to-ceiling PVC panel hanging surfaces, including the left side column, to accommodate a plethora of tools and other items using a large series of steel wall organizing accessories waiting to be deployed. Finally, a polyaspartic flooring, with a new checker plate aluminum drain cover, ensures an aesthetically pleasing and easy to maintain surface to accommodate the couple’s vehicles.
