The owner of this double garage wanted to revamp and refresh his existing garage and allow parking for his new electric vehicle. He also wanted more storage, a workbench and better access to his mezzanine to store season items.
The project started with finishing the mezzanine level so it would match the rest of the space, an easy to use ladder was installed to gain access. Installation of an electric vehicle charging station and a new, easy to clean polyaspartic floor covering was also required. The walls were finished and painted white to maximize the brightness.
$25,000 and up
An arrangement of custom designed and manufactured Duralum cabinets were strategically positioned underneath the mezzanine and to the right of the staircase in order to maximize storage capability. Walls were utilized for storage of long handle tools and other items.
