Garage Makeovers
Objective
The owner of this double garage wanted to maximize storage capability, plus the installation of radiant floor heating. In addition, he wanted a solution for the family’s multitude of shoes.
Design
The project involved the building a brand-new wall alongside the staircase to the basement. This allowed for the installation of floor to ceiling custom designed and manufactured Duralum cabinetry and greatly expanding available storage space.

Two workbenches with solid coloured beech countertops were installed, along with wall organizing panels and cupboards with sliding doors to accommodate the radiant floor heating components. An open cubby unit was custom designed and installed adjacent the main access door to organize all the shoes. Finally, to complete this beautiful transformation, an attractive, easy to clean polyaspartic floor covering was installed.
